This crawlspace was not sealed off from the outside. It had a tremendous amount of air moving through it with holes to the outside.  We installed a vapor barrier and spray foam on the walls and rim joists.

We peformed an energy audit at this house that was looking for new windows. We additionally installed basement rim joist insulation and a new hot water tank.

What do you do when it's not worth repairing that old furnace?  We installed a new high-efficiency Goodman furnace.

This customer was losing a lot of heat through the poorly insulated attic but was afraid that if we insulated it correctly she would no longer have a storage space. We installed an insulated decking for storage near the hatch and built a retaining wall to install further insulation to keep the air in the house contained without losing the homeowners storage space.
