We had a positive experience with True Energy Solutions. In our case, it felt a little like we had to wait a bit longer than we should have for new windows to arrive, but that was only because the windows TES sells are so popular.

Jodie was very helpful in scheduling and communicating with us about our windows and window inserts orders.

Damian Hodkinson was very helpful with explaining things and reassuring us about the installation and energy performance of the windows we ordered The windows were installed in Summer 2017, and are a terrific home improvement. We let them go through a winter before writing this review, and everything about the windows is still outstanding. We're very happy with our purchase.

Tom Eberle and John were both excellent installers. Very polite, very thorough, and always considerate of our needs and always willing to answer questions and concerns during the replacement of eight old 50's windows (four different types).

You did a great job and took away all old material, etc.
