I chose True Energy as my contractor when I applied for the NYSERDA EmPower program and I am so glad I did. From my initial home energy audit to the completing of each project, it has been a marvelous experience.

Tony, the owner, went over each step of the home energy audit and fully explained which incentives I qualify for, which ones I don't and the reasons why.

Tommy, the HVAC Tech, knows his stuff! Very impressed with his level of knowledge, skill, service and professionalism. With George assisting, Tommy got my brand-new energy efficient furnace, dehumidifier and tankless water heater installed perfectly! I also need to give much recognition to Israel who performed with the highest level of expertise, service, knowledge and professionalism when he and his crew completed the insulation portion of my home energy efficiency project! Nothing but saving energy costs in my comfy, cozy house ahead.

Not a thing for me to take care of. As a matter of fact, the areas worked in look better than before they arrived.
