Customer oriented crew. Transformed my crawl space into an area that can rightly be called a "Clean Space". Anxious to observe the absence of moisture, time will tell.

Had to prioritize needs due to the major expense of doing all suggested work. Willingness to negotiate price might have expanded the scope of the job.
Suggestions for Improvement:
Obtaining customer references seemed to be a problem. Should have list of references categorized by the type of work contracted.
