Cold floors can be caused by a cold crawl space below.  We spray-foamed the foundation walls of this crawlspace in Mt. Morris to improve comfort throughout the home.

True Energy Solutions air sealed and insulated this house in Mt, Morris, New York bringing a huge change to the comfort of the homeowners.  Upgrades were accomplished by spraying foam in the rim joists, sealing connections in the attic and basement, adding cellulose in the attic and venting the bath fan through the roof. When we did the initial audit the flue pipes from the furnace and hot water heater were not vented to code and spilling back into the basement. We installed a chimney liner and moved the hot water heater to correct the situation.

This home was in need of insulation underneath because a lot of air was escaping and entering through the floors. Our guys came out and spray foamed insulation to keep the air sealed inside of the home. 

Chili Commons, built in 1973, is a typical "garden-style" complex, with 156 units; a mix of 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments and townhomes. At over 40 years old, the building owners were finding an ever increasing need for maintenance on apartment heating and cooling systems (one each per apartment). Facing a ballooning maintenance budget, a drop in occupancy (which was attributable to the aging buildings), and nearly constant comfort complaints from tenants, the owners turned to True Energy Solutions to help them undertake necessary upgrades in the most efficient and cost-effictive manner possible. 

We worked with the building owners to find the best overall solutions for their units. After reviewing their options, they decided to go with high efficiency furnaces and matches A/C units.
